WHOLE WHEAT

Wheat also can maintain the existence of good bacteria in the gut. Eating wheat is often referred to as one of the ways to make the body more healthy. Contains whole grains that are rich in nutrients, such as protein, fiber, B vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals magnesium, zinc, and iron.
